ADBI Book Chapter - An Energy Policy for the ASEAN?

The chapter “An Energy Policy for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations? Lessons from the European Union’s Experience on Energy Integration, Security, and Decarbonizatio” (pp. 563-592) has just been published online in the book titled Economic Integration in Asia and Europe: Lessons and Policies by the Asian Development Bank Institute.

The chapter was co-written with Associate Professor Ivan Diaz-Rainey (CEFGroup Director, University of Otago), Dr Daniel Tulloch (Principal Analysis, Ministry for the Environment), Dr Matthew McCarten (Spatial Finance Lead, University of Oxford), and Associate Professor Farhad Taghizadeh-Hesary (Tokai University, Japan).
